Papers must be submitted in English. Both completed papers and early drafts with innovative ideas are encouraged. Please submit a word file here. The submission deadline is Hanoi Time August 06th, 2023. Papers will be anonymously reviewed by multiple members of the Program Committee. Authors of accepted papers are expected to be available to serve as session chairs or discussants. There is no submission fee.
